Netrack is in the process of changing our domain registration
services to a new system. This will greatly enhance and expand
what we offer to you. We ask that you only renew
domains under the old system if they are already expired.
Then transfer your domains to the new system. There is a
special discounted rate of $11.25 per domain to transfer, which
includes a year renewal. Please transfer domains as soon as
possible. There is no penalty or disadvantage to transferring a
domain long before it expires. The old site will be decommissioned
3/1/09.
To transfer your domains:
- Login to the old Netrack domain management site.
- Select Lock/Unlock Domain from the left menu
and then unlock domain page from the lower right text.
For each domain to transfer, select the domain name from the list on
this page, check the agree box, enter your password, and submit.
You do not need to provide a reason for the transfer. Use your browser's
back button to go back to this page and repeat for the next domain.
- Select My Domains from the left menu. Then select
Obtain Auth Code from the left menu. For each of
your domains, select it from the list and submit. Note the auth
code provided. Use your browser's back button to go back to this page
and repeat for the next domain.
- Go to Netrack's new domain management site and create a new account if you do not already have one. Login.
- Select Quick Transfers in the lower left corner.
Click next, enter all the domain names and auth codes (Authorization Key)
as a batch. Be careful to follow the example and use a comma and space between
the domain and the auth code.
- When the admin contact receives the email confirmation, click where
indicated and submit the page to approve the transfer.
- Wait 5 days.
